Welcome to Swing Thoughts podcast with Humble Howard and… me!

Great radio is theatre of the mind. We figured a podcast dedicated to the mental side of golf would be a natural. So we created one.

Click here for the debut of Swing Thoughts co-hosted by legendary broadcaster Howard (Humble) Glassman and me. (It’s so new, we don’t have a logo yet.)

In this episode, we focus on Tiger Woods and interview acclaimed golf writer Lorne Rubenstein, whose recent article in Time provided a surprisingly open look at the life of an athlete who transcended golf.

We examine what made Tiger such a fierce competitor who pulled off other-wordly shots under incredible pressure, and discuss what you might learn from Tiger.

That’s the one of the main objectives of Swing Thoughts—to provide you with stories, interviews with players, coaches and experts in the mental side of golf and even a little advice to help you with your game. And we’re going to have a lot of fun along the way.

We’re a helluva twosome: Howard Glassman is co-host of Humble and Fred Radio.com (Canada’s National Morning Show on SiriusXM), one of Canada’s best-known morning show hosts, a stand-up comic, and a single digit/obsessed/nut-bar golfer.

I’m the Performance Coach at the ClubLink Academy at Glen Abbey in Oakville, Ontario, a golf writer, author of four books (including Moe Norman’s biography) and a recovering from paralysis-by-analysis golfer.
