Over four weeks, you will learn how to apply mindfulness to golf so that you can better manage your thinking and emotions and calm yourself to play your best golf.
Taught by golf coach Tim O’Connor, the Quiet Mind Golf course contains a mixture of teaching content, guided meditations, and practices that are engaging, relaxing and game changing.
