David started to chase the little white ball around Westmount Golf & Country Club in Kitchener, Ont., as a junior. A love of words soon followed.

The Toronto-based freelance golf writer contributes to Golf Canada, SCOREGolf, Ontario Golf, Fairways, Pro Shop Magazine, Golf Course Management and ClubLink’s NewsLink. In 2007, two of his essays were featured in Mike Bell’s photographic book: The Golf Courses of Stanley Thompson. See www.davidmcpherson.ca for samples of David’s work.
